FT. WAYNE, IN—Author and pastor Anthony Payton has recently debuted his newest
release, “Leadership Reflections.” In this book, Payton comprises an impactful and powerful
work to continue to inspire readers.
Anthony Payton has served as Senior Pastor of Come As You Are Community Church
(CAYACC) in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for 27 years. He preached his first sermon in 1986 at
True Love Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Wayne, under the pastorate of the late Bishop
Jesse White. It was this moment that led him to accept his call to ministry. Led by the Holy
Spirit in 1995, Pastor Payton accepted the responsibility of stewarding twelve people of the
former Greater Come As You Are Missionary Baptist Church. Today, with a membership of
over 600 people, the church’s home is a 28,000-square-foot state-of-the-art sanctuary.
Leadership Reflections was crafted with lessons of reflection, repentance, and reinvention,
gifting the reader with guidance and biblical references to provoke personal progression. The
book aims to empower readers to become the best version of themselves, while encouraging
connectivity and accountability. With specific anecdotes on leadership paralleled with
detailed life experiences, Payton lends his expertise to readers in a relatable fashion, along
with providing tools to become better leaders.
Pastor Payton travels the world sharing his love for Christ and has planted churches in both
Brazil and the United States. He speaks very candidly of his life before his deliverance.
“What Satan once meant to use for evil, God has now converted and uses for the good of His
kingdom building here on earth,” says Payton. He and his beloved wife Sandra Kay reside in
Fort Wayne, and are the proud parents of Zachary and Lydia, as well as the grandparents of
three wonderful girls.
Leadership Reflections can be purchased at Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and all other digital
bookstores. For more information on Pastor Anthony Payton’s endeavors, visit:
